Classroom Safety 

  • If you suspect you're becoming sick or you are sick tell moir this will prevent consumers from becoming sick also 

  • Ask for help if you need help lifting something heavy 

  • Report to the nurse if  you recessive a cut, burn, etc while cooking 

  • Dont distract other while operating a machine , cut something or doing anything that can get them hurt 

  • Clean spills imediately so no one slips

Sanitation  Safety

Sanitation is very imporant in our shop. The main things to remember are :

  • Your hands and fingernails must be clean at all times 

  • If your sick you will not be allowed to cook that day 

  • If you have a cut or burn keep it covered 

  • Make sure your uniforms are clean 

  • Clean and sanitize all the tools and equipment you have used
